Some characters could move ... like Mike and Thorn could switch, so could Gladstrike and KH ... I would prefer Ally sitting on the wall rather than behind a laptop (Maybe use her powers or personality to find some way to move her).

Maybe replace the blimp by a Rikti ship (shown below) and add a giant statue in the City Scape to create the link with City of Heroes (That is one example, others can be provided)

The drawbacks to this idea is that it would be "copying" an existing piece and The Tempest Legion rarely stops long enough to pose for a "picture".
